Amma Sophia Rose is a multidimensional vocal sound alchemist, ceremonial guide, and founder of Mu Garden Sanctuary in Hawai‘i. Known as the “Cosmic Voice of Gaia,” she works with the ancient languages of creation through sacred sound, channeling frequencies that awaken remembrance within the human body and the living Earth.
Through unique vocal techniques—including overtone singing, throat singing, and the transmission of the Dove Codex—Amma Sophia Rose weaves sound journeys that many experience as a return to the original harmonic language of nature. Her work is devoted to restoring coherence between humanity, the Earth, and the greater field of cosmic intelligence.
Her path was catalyzed through profound initiatory experiences in sacred lands, including Sedona, where she received what she describes as a direct transmission from Sophia Shekina—opening a channel of communication with the living intelligence of creation. Since then, she has traveled to sacred sites around the world, working with sound, ceremony, and sacred geometry to activate what she calls the original templates of creation.
As a master sound alchemist, Amma Sophia Rose facilitates ceremonies, retreats, and trainings that combine vocal sound transmission, sacred geometry, ceremonial ritual, and deep listening to the wisdom of the Earth.
